The 50-acre Donald Wittlinger Nature Preserve and the Wittlinger Preserve Trail are bisected by Yellow Breeches Creek. One access to the trail is from the Boiling Springs Pool where the trail follows remnants of an old mill race and dam. The second trail is accessed off of Tanger Rd, crosses the RR tracks, then leads toward Yellow Breeches Creek where the other trail is visible. This loop trail is about a mile long. In the future, a pedestrian bridge may connect the two trails.
